Refund and Returns Policy

At MRK Custom, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is handmade and uniquely crafted, and we stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged on arrival).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you’ll need to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
